Q: 如何申請成為GOGOVAN送貨夥伴?/ 申請成為GOGOVAN送貨夥伴有什麼程序?

A: 你必須在網上登記,並出席「送貨夥伴簡介會」,完成簡介會後即可開始接單。

Q: How to become a GOGOVAN delivery partner? 

A: You need to register online first and attend the Delivery Partner Training. After training, you may begin to pick up orders. 


Q: 申請成為GOGOVAN送貨夥伴需要遞交什麼資料?

A: 需要遞交有效住址證明 (三個月內)及 銀行卡資料以作轉帳用途。

Q: What documents are required?

A: You are required to submit valid proof of address (issued within the last three months) and bank account information for bank transfer purpose. 


Q:申請成為GOGOVAN送貨夥伴需時多久?

A:由申請帳戶至完成「送貨夥伴簡介會」需時約1-2個星期。

Q: How long does it take to become a delivery partner?

A: It takes around 1-2 weeks from registration until completion of the Delivery Partner Training.


Q:我需要付費才能成為GOGOVAN送貨夥伴嗎?

A: 不用。加入GOGOVAN送貨平台是免費的。我們只會在您完成送件後每張柯打收取10%平台使用費 (10%)。

Q: Do I need to pay a fee to become a GOGOVAN delivery partner? 

A: No. Joining GOGOVAN delivery platform is completely free of charge. We will only charge 10% commission of each completed delivery order. 


Q:GOGOVAN送貨夥伴可以同時接多張柯打嗎?

A: 可以的,送貨夥伴可同時接5張柯打。請確保每張柯打能準時取貨及送貨。

Q: Can I pick multiple orders at the same time?

A: Yes. Delivery Partners can pick up to 5 orders at the same time. Please ensure that you can pick-up and drop-off every delivery on time. 

Q: GOGOVAN將如何收費及付費?

A: 每張柯打會收取10%平台使用費,我們會以週結形式透過銀行轉帳支付給送貨夥伴。

Q:How does GOGOVAN charge and pay me?

A: We will collect 10% commission of each completed delivery order and pay you weekly via bank transfer. 



Q: 在接柯打前,如發現已過了取貨時間,我還可以接該柯打嗎?

A: 不要接相關柯打,請先聯絡GOGOVAN查詢柯打是否仍然有效。

Q: If there is an order available but the pick-up time has lapsed,, can I still pick that order?

A: No, you should contact GOGOVAN first to check if the order is still valid. 



Q: 取件時如何確認寄件者資料?

A: 於取件時需指明是GOGOVAN送貨夥伴,必要時請向寄件者提供柯打編號及聯絡電話作確認。取件後,

寄件者會提供 6位數參考碼,送貨夥伴於App內正確輸入參考碼後便可以開始送貨。

Q: How to confirm shipper’s information when I pick-up the package?

A: Before picking up a package, you should identify yourself as a GOGOVAN Delivery Partner. You shall provide the shipper

with the order number and your contact number for confirmation. After picking up the package, the shipper will provide a 6-digit

reference code to you. You shall enter the reference code in our app prior to the delivery.



Q: 如接受單後,客人要求更改柯打內容該如何處理?

A: 請聯絡GOGOVAN,若是更改貨物資料,請同時拍下照片並傳送給我們,我們會致電客人再作安排。

Q:After accepting the order, what should I do if the customer requests to change the order information?

A: You should contact GOGOVAN for any enquiries. In case of changing package information, please send a photo of 

the package to us. We will contact the shipper for further arrangement.



Q: 如取件後,不能按時送達,將會有任何懲罰嗎?

A: 會的,我們會於柯打費用中扣除30%作處罰,而有關帳戶亦有機會被停用。

Q: After picking up an order, will I be penalised for late delivery?

A: Yes, we will deduct 30% of the order fee from you as penalty. The account might be suspended. 


Q: 如有貨件不能送達收件者手上該如何處理?

A: 必須事先聯絡客人及GOGOVAN,並提供合理原因為何不能完成派送,然後將貨物交回寄件者。

如未能提供合理原因而取消柯打,帳號有機會被停用。

Q: In case of unsuccessful delivery to the recipient, what should I do?

A: You should contact both GOGOVAN and shipper and provide a valid reason for failure to deliver. 

You should then return the package to the shipper. If you fail to provide a valid reason, your account might be suspended.



Q:如不能聯絡或找不到寄件者或收件者該如何處理?

A:如不能聯絡或找不到寄件者請聯絡GOGOVAN;如不能聯絡收件者請先聯絡寄件者,

如仍不能聯絡收件者,聯絡GOGOVAN代為安排。

Q: What should I do if I fail to reach the shipper or the recipient? 

A: Please contact GOGOVAN if you cannot reach the shipper.

    Please contact the shipper if you cannot reach the recipient.

    If you fail to reach the shipper , please contact GOGOVAN for further arrangement. 



Q: 於派送期間可否要求收件者到目的地附近取貨?

A:不可以,送貨夥伴必須將貨物送到App顯示的收件者地址。

Q: Can I ask the recipient to pick up the package somewhere near the drop-off point?

A: No, you must deliver the package to the recipient’s address as stated in the app. 



Q:於派送期間,如發現不能完成派送,我可以如何取消或釋放柯打?

A:送貨夥伴接柯打後便不能隨意取消,如堅持取消,必須聯絡GOGOVAN及提供合理原因,而帳戶則有機會被停用。

Q: If I cannot complete the order, can I cancel or decline the order?

A: No, you cannot cancel or decline the order. If you insist to cancel, you must contact GOGOVAN 

and provide a valid reason. Your account might be suspended. 



Q:幫忙客人將貨物送上樓可以收取附加費嗎?

A:不可以,每一張柯打的價錢已包含所有費用,送貨夥伴不能額外收取任何費用。

Q: Is there extra charge for door-to-door service? 

A: No, the order price listed in the app has included all charges. 



Q:送貨夥伴在等候取件或收件期間等了很長時間,可以收取等候費嗎?

A:不可以。送貨夥伴於接單前需看清楚取件及送件時間,並於到達前先聯絡寄件者及收件者確認到達的時間。

Q: If I have to wait for a long time for pick-up or drop-off period, can i charge for the waiting time?

A:No, you should ensure pick-up and drop-off times before picking up orders. You should also contact 

the shipper and the recipient to confirm the arrival time prior to your arrival.



Q: 完成柯打時需要有什麼程序?

A: 送貨夥伴需要求收件者於App上簽名作實即可。

Q: How do I complete an order?

A: You need to ask the recipient to sign on your delivery partner app.



Q: 如對貨物內容有懷疑,該如何處理?

A:在接柯打前,你可以清楚看到貨物的備註以及說明,可自由選擇是否接柯打。

如果接柯打後,在收件時對物件有懷疑,請立即聯絡 GOGOVAN 查詢。

Q: If I have concerns about the nature of the package, what should I do?

A: Before picking the order, you should read the package’s remark and description carefully. 

If you still have doubts about the package, please contact GOGOVAN immediately. 



Q: 運送到唐樓或沒有電梯的大廈,可否收取附加費?

A: 不能,現階段平台沒有相關規定。此外,每一張柯打的價錢已包含所有費用,送貨夥伴不能額外收取任何費用。

Q: Can I charge extra for delivering package to tenement building or building without an elevator?

A: No, GOGOVAN delivery platform does not have such policies at the moment . 

The order price listed in the app has already included all charges.



Q: 如貨物需要運送至醫院、酒店、學校等無法進入的區域,該如何處理?

A: 請與寄件者及收件者商討送貨安排,如有疑問可以聯絡 GOGOVAN 查詢。 

Q: If I need to deliver to private premises such as hospitals, hotels and school etc., what should I do?

A: You should contact the shipper and the recipient for further arrangement. 

Please contact GOGOVAN if you have any questions.



Q: 如收件後發現物件過重無法完成配送,該如何處理?

A: 送貨夥伴有責任完成每一張柯打,如無法完成柯打帳號有可能會被停用。

因此在接柯打時,你應該清楚考量自己的能力範圍。

Q:If the package is too heavy to be delivered, what should I do?

A: Each delivery partner should consider one’s capacity before picking any orders.

If you fail to complete an order, your account might be suspended. 



Q: 到達取貨點後發現重量與柯打顯示不符(超重),該如何處理?

A: 由於貨物重量會影響柯打價錢,請立即聯絡 GOGOVAN 處理。

Q: If the package is bigger or heavier than what is stated in the app, what should I do? 

A: Both package size and weight will affect price calculation, you should contact GOGOVAN immediately.
